Introduction
Codestone seeks high-calibre graduates to join its Graduate IT Sales Training Programme at Phase 1 as a Telemarketer. The
programme is designed to take Graduates through a structured progression, starting as a member of the Telemarketing
team through to becoming a Senior Field-Sales Exec, winning new business and managing key accounts.
Trainees join a well established team, identifying opportunities within prospect organisations for a range of business
software products including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP, SAP), Infrastructure and Access Strategies (Microsoft,
Citrix) and Business Process Management (BPM, Orbis).
Successful applicants must first and foremost have a demonstrable affinity and passion for IT and sales through
qualification and/or experience and be articulate and confident lateral thinkers with good interpersonal skills and attention
to detail. Candidates must have strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office. Wider IT knowledge and
experience is a distinct advantage. Full training, orientation and mentoring is provided.
Experience
A confident phone manner is essential, previous IT telemarketing experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Candidates must have knowledge of MS Office, degree level education preferred.
