Approach

A pragmatic solution-based approach is applied to all customer requirements. First and foremost, the customers business and their requirements are explored and understood. Selections are then made from a portfolio of products and expertise in order to make considered proposals whilst demonstrating the potential return on investment. Project Management

Projects can be both technically and logistically complex and it is therefore vital that they are managed effectively to ensure delivery of the objectives within the prescribed timescales. Project Management is a pivotal component of a successful solution therefore a Project Manager is assigned to every project however small.

Support

Various SLAs (Support Level Agreements) are available, which encompass the full range of assistance required for operational advice and technical issues. Technicians are highly trained and are equipped with both knowledge base and remote system control facilities.

All support activity is recorded in detail, and proposals for support renewals are priced and justified based on previous period activity and are accompanied by a detailed Support Statement.

Risk Analysis

There are potential risks to any project and these may relate to technical aspects, third party involvement, human factors or other influences. At Codestone, these risks are identified and evaluated before commencement of the project so that pre-emptive action can be taken to avoid problems occurring, rather than looking at 'what went wrong' scenarios in retrospect.

Customer Service

To ensure that Customer Service levels are of the highest standard, there is always a dedicated individual that is responsible for your enquiry or problem. Every Codestone Customer is assigned an Account Manager who is responsible for the management of any issues relevant to that customer. In addition, each project has a designated Project Manager who, as an experienced technician or consultant will have overall responsibility for the project and reports to the relevant Account Manager.
