Kilimanjaro trek raises £2500 for Cancer Research

A trek to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro by Adam Greenwood, IT Systems Executive of Ringwood based Amsafe Logistics & Support along with friend Neil Denning raised £2500 for Cancer Research. The gruelling trek which had taken 6 days and 5 nights was prompted after a friend had contracted bowel cancer. Adam, who had gained sponsorship through local IT provider Codestone, said "The trek was an amazing experience and especially as it was for such a worthy cause" Adam continued "We would like to thank all the local individuals and businesses that have generously contributed".
