Arts Alliance Media, London based media group, has recently chosen Poole based Codestone Technologies to implement a fully integrated business management software solution, SAP Business One across the group.

The Arts Alliance Media Group, includes the online DVD rental company Love Film, Europe's largest online DVD rental company. The individual business units within Arts Alliance Media relied on separate accounting and business systems making it almost impossible to gain an instant snap shot of the group's status.

Arts Alliance Media sought to consolidate these systems in order to access business critical information from one central source eradicating high maintenance costs, reporting difficulties and multiple data entry.

The implementation of SAP Business One sees Codestone Technologies provide Arts Alliance Media with a fully integrated solution which allows management of several business units enabling more efficient accounts management, purchase order processing and reporting.
