Virtualisation specialist Citrix has revealed that Synergy 2010 is available for registration.

The event - which aims to combine the streams of virtualisation, networking and cloud computing - will be offered in the US and Germany.

Synergy is to provide industry professionals with a range of technical and business "breakout sessions", alongside learning labs, expert speakers and targeted presentations.

According to Citrix, attendees will be offered the chance to learn about key issues affecting the IT industry, including tips on how to build a more cost-effective computing environment and integrating available technologies to boost performance.

Individuals may visit either the San Francisco event from May 12th to May 14th at the Moscone West Convention Center or Synergy Berlin from October 6th to 7th at the Estrel Hotel and Convention Center.

Citrix recently announced that it will be providing a new version of its Essentials platform, which is geared at providing enhanced support for Microsoft Hyper-V customers.
