IT bosses have been advised of just what goes towards making cloud computing one of the most highly sought-after technologies on the market at the moment.

A new report by SearchCloudComputing by computer parts manufacturer Intel has found that the solution is a complex but ultimately rewarding one.

It noted that the right application software, storage, network connectivity, data and processing must come together to create an efficient system.

The result of this is a large pool of storage space that is easier to allocate and will trigger higher levels of utilisation and efficiency.

Assembling all of the components required by cloud computing and getting them to work in a flexible way is the key to significant business benefits, the report stated.

Cloud recruitment firm Resource on Demand recently revealed that the technology is bucking a negative trend in the economy by booming and recording huge take-up at the current time.
