SAP Business One can enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to effectively manage costing and accurately project cash flow, it has been suggested.

Manila Bulletin noted the application has been selected by Utimax Building Solutions, which provides exterior and interior design for commercial, building and residential use.

The software will enable the company to integrate all of its core business functions, including finances and sales.

Charlie Lu, director at Ultimax, said: "What made us decide on acquiring SAP Business One is the software's ability to provide real-time information, which would help us make good, informed decisions."

He observed the move to the new system will help address the organisation's growing business needs.

Information relating to accounting and stock levels will now be available to him at a simple click of a button, Mr Lu added.

The Torelli Bicycle Company recently claimed it selected SAP Business One as it wishes to streamline its operations and transform its business practices.
