Organisations looking to implement a simple method of streamlining their company's operations could benefit from SAP Business One, a specialist has claimed.

Executive vice-president of technology seminar expert K2 Enterprises Randy Johnston complimented the platform for being simple to handle for beginners, but he noted that it offers something for more experienced users as well.

"It is easy to use for novices, but has many sophisticated features integrated seamlessly," he remarked.

In addition, Mr Johnston commented, these functions can be blended into a variety of other modules within the firm.

SAP Business One is also very compatible with Microsoft Office suite, he added.

According to SAP, the software - which is programmed specifically for use by small and medium-sized enterprises - is unlike many other offerings in the market.

This is because it is designed to provide all of its functions in the confines of one application, with firms benefiting from a reduction in errors, cost and duplication.
