A data capture firm has announced it is moving into a new office complex in Maidenhead, where it will run the SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) software it has recently finished installing.

According to the Maidenhead Advertiser, Zetes is the first tenant to sign up for a unit at the brand new Horizon development in the Hurley area of the city.

To mark the occasion, the firm has confirmed the appointment of two new joint managing directors of the UK and Nordic region, Alec Harrow and Andrew Southgate.

It has also revealed that its new SAP ERP software will be in use at the Horizon site – where it could expect to make cost and efficiency gains as a result of it.

Commenting on the new premises, Mr Harrow said: "There aren't many people that can have the benefit of a state-of -the-art working environment yet look out of their windows and see beautiful rolling hills."

Zacks.com recently told how SAP's technology is making rapid progress and has recently been deployed by Mechel.
