VMware's View 4 solutions can help businesses to boost their efficiency levels.

That is the opinion of Wayne Scalf, vice-president of IT service delivery at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), who stated that the technology has enabled his organisation to vastly improve the functionality of its desktop management.

He noted that this allowed ACS to fulfil the needs of its customers to a greater extent than previously.

"We will be able to provide an even greater level of service while expanding our reach to address our growing customer base and a diverse set of new requirements," Mr Scalf added.

According to VMware, firms that integrate View 4 into their current systems will benefit from more flexibility across multiple user platforms and enhanced security.
