There are two key types of consultancy service on offer, depending on your needs.

• Essential definition stage of any full life-cycle project
• High Level Technical Designs

• Processes analysed at a detailed level with key process owners and users

How will it help my business?

Consultancy is one of the most important elements of any project, and shouldn’t be underestimated. At the outset of a project, consultancy stages define what is required, so that you know what to expect, and we know what to deliver. There are plenty of IT organisations that undersell this stage, but beware that this will put any project at risk of failure.

As an organisation, our heritage is largely based in software development and bespoke systems. By their nature, these systems need to be defined in detail at the outset of every project, otherwise nothing can be produced. We understand and embrace this.
