- Do I have to register to attend?
Yes, due to expected demand for this event and the opportunity to hear from Prof Brian Cox, all attending participants must register and receive confirmation of their registration. It is strongly encouraged to register early to avoid disappointment.
- Is there a cost to attend?
For Codestone + Clarivos customers, there is no cost to attend. Your ticket for the day event is complimentary.
- Will travel be provided?
From Bournemouth and/or Poole:
We are making available luxury coaches door-to-door with breakfast and evening snacks provided. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to travel by coach.

The Royal Institution is a five-minute walk from Green Park station, which is on the Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly lines. Also within a ten-minute walking distance is Piccadilly Circus station, on the Piccadilly and Bakerloo lines, or Oxford Circus station on the Victoria, Central and Bakerloo lines.
By bus
Bus numbers 9, 14, 19, 22 and 38 run along Piccadilly by the entrance to Albemarle Street.
- What if I cannot attend the in-person conference, will there be an option to attend virtually?
The success of this event is bringing the customer community together to meet and share with each other their experiences and lessons learned. Although some Vision Sessions could be delivered virtually, the overall event experience, hands-on demonstrations and 1:1 clinics and networking cannot be substituted remotely. We really hope you are able to make it – it really isn’t a day to be missed.
- Does the event start at 08:30?
Registrations begin from 08:30 along with the Morning Reception and Network for any participants arriving. The Morning Reception will end at 09:15 to allow all participants to make their way to the famous Science Hall for the start of the programme at 09:20.
- What time does the event end?
The event ends at 16:45 with the last session being a keynote for customers.
- Where will the conference take place?
The event takes place in the iconic The Royal Institution in Mayfair, London - 21 Albemarle St, London W1S 4BS.
Over the last two centuries, the building and labs have been home to ground-breaking science engagement, including the world-famous CHRISTMAS LECTURES, and scientists, such as Michael Faraday, whose discoveries have helped shape the modern world.

- Can you accommodate my dietary requests?
When registering, please let us know if you have dietary requirements and we will work with the Chef at the Royal Institution to accommodate your requirements.
- Will lunch be provided?
Yes, lunch is provided on the day. In addition, participants will enjoy morning refreshments and afternoon snacks.
- Is there parking onsite?
The Ri is located within the Congestion Charging zone. There is limited metered parking nearby, and the nearest public car parks are located at Old Burlington Street and Arlington Street.
- Is there bicycle parking onsite?
Bicycle parking is located around the corner from the Ri, on Bond Street.
