The existing server infrastructure and virtualised storage components were nearing end of warranty and lacked the storage space to cope with an ever-expanding business. Remote working was slow and inflexible, often taking 10 minutes to download a case document. With a planned headcount increase to 150 over the next two years, and floor space at a premium, Dean Wilson needed a secure IT solution to meet present and future needs, whether staff were in the office, or on the move.
