The existing server infrastructure and virtualised storage components were nearing end of warranty and lacked the storage space to cope with an ever-expanding business. Remote working was slow and inflexible, often taking 10 minutes to download a case document. With a planned headcount increase to 150 over the next two years, and floor space at a premium, Dean Wilson needed a secure IT solution to meet present and future needs, whether staff were in the office, or on the move.

The solution incorporates Dean Wilson’s Legal Case Management system, files, security and compliance to provide much more streamlined and supported access to employees’ devices including desktop and mobile.
