The TeamsLink Platinum Partnership means Codestone can deliver all elements of Microsoft 365 including Teams Telephony, providing the ability to make and receive external calls within Microsoft Teams. TeamsLink will form part of Codestone’s Microsoft 365 strategy to simplify customers’ infrastructure and reduce the amount of complexity of work required by the IT department. This includes administration, security, compliance and GDPR services.
The flexible telephony solution will deliver a number of benefits to Codestone cloud customers. As well as being to communicate internally, users can have their DDI calls routed straight to their laptop, mobile or Teams compatible desk phones, without the need for PBX or SIPs. Users will simply see a dial pad on their Teams dashboard, where inbound and outbound calling is enabled to and from their DDI.
The TeamsLink platform works with Microsoft 365 Business Voice without calling plan and is a cost-efficient way to manage remote working telephony and communications, based on a simple subscription model. Additional benefits include TeamsLink call transcription and wallboard integration.
