Support Packages
You can opt for one of our annual support packages. Available at three different levels, our annual support packages are bespoke and can be tailored to the needs and requirements of your business.
Level 1
Bronze Service
This level offers the equivalent of 35 hours of retained services, pulled down in blocks of 15 minutes.
Our MS Power BI Support Bronze Service includes daily Power BI administration and maintenance, Implementation Services, effective data management, annual health checks, license administration and troubleshooting through our dedicated Customer Support Helpline Service.
Level 2
Silver Service
This level offers the equivalent of 70 hours of retained services, pulled down in blocks of 15 minutes.
Our MS Power BI Support Silver Service includes all elements of the Bronze Service plus training from our talented team of consultants who deliver structured courses to help employees to get the most value out of Power BI.
Level 3
Gold Service
The level offers the equivalent of 210 hours of retained services, pulled down in blocks of 15 minutes.
Our MS Power BI Support Gold Service includes all elements of both Bronze and Silver Service as well Data Strategy elements that include Data Capability Assessment, Data Cataloguing, Data Governance and Insights Architecture.
