Aspect’s selection of TeamsLink platinum partner Codestone follows its decision to implement SAP Business One, delivered from our Business One as a Service (BOaaS) platform.
The TeamsLink solution, powered by Wavenet and integrated with Microsoft Business Voice, provides Aspect with a seamless phone system with a comprehensive calling plan, all visible from the Microsoft Teams client. Aspect will be provided with new DDIs and TeamsLink user licences enabling internal and external calls to be made and received with no additional hardware. Advanced calling features will be provided via the TeamsLink portal and the system will be fully supported by Codestone.
With TeamsLink in place Aspect Facades will have a state-of-the-art cloud-based telephony system, providing a consistent and professional communications presence from any location.
