Electro Group, a supplier of manufacturing tools to a large range of clients, has selected Codestone to improve its IT infrastructure and migrate its systems to the latest version of Microsoft 365.
Relying on outdated servers, Electro looked to its existing partner Codestone to help modernise its technology platform and upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft 365. Codestone’s expertise in both on-premise and cloud-based solutions enabled it to offer a wide range of options to ensure the solution met Electro’s business needs.
Codestone will be replacing the legacy SAP Business One server with new hardware operating Windows and RDS licensing. Mail and files services, including Exchange Online and SharePoint, will be migrated to Microsoft 365 on Windows 10, giving greater user flexibility and improved security from Business Premium features.
Support for both SAP and the underlying platform will be provided for Electro’s 15 users via Codestone’s SystemSure Total Support package, giving access via the portal to highly trained and experienced technicians. The 24x7x365 Managed Services coverage will reduce user downtime and speed up issue detection and resolution.
With the new infrastructure and software in place, Electro will be equipped with a future proof, state-of-the-art business IT platform with comprehensive support provided by Codestone.
